Normally this type of property survey is carried out for the main local banks however we also undertake a wide range of valuation services.  Specifically your solicitor may need you to have a probate valuation undertaken by a chartered surveyor which we have undertaken on many occasions and will compile and discuss with your solicitor and if necessary discuss with Customs and Excise if necessary.
